The program is designed for installation on the measurement and scanning systems of gas turbine blades created by various vendors. The program can be used in the monitoring points of the state of equipment of metalworking enterprises. Computer type: PC. OS: Windows 10 and higher. Software functionality lies in the fact that the software performs blade defects prognosis after repairs based on point clouds from the surface of worn gas-turbine blades obtained from geometry measurement systems and three-dimensional scanning systems. To perform its functions, the software is equipped with a communication module with the scanning systems, which allows obtaining three-dimensional data on the geometry of the part, which are automatically processed by element-by-element determination of inconsistencies comparing the solid models of the blade at different stages.
